The neighborhood is a good mix of primary residence and second home owners.

Freshies Lobster Co. has become a favorite Park City staple. It is a rare example of a counter-serve restaurant with excellent seafood. Astoundingly, Freshies gets its lobster from Maine, where it is caught, cooked, and shelled before being shipped to Salt Lake City via Boston, ultimately distributed just a day after the catch. Try the lobster rolls or clam chowder to warm up after a day at the slopes. The restaurant has an outdoor patio that fills up when the weather is nice.

Windy Ridge Cafe on Iron Horse Dr. is an excellent spot for weekend breakfast, lunch, or brunch. They serve New American food and baked goods made in-house. The patio is a summer highlight for Parkites, making Windy Ridge a great place to meet new friends.

If you need a healthy lunch to go, look into Nosh, which serves Mediterranean platters on the outskirts of Park City. Another local favorite is Five5eeds, which is locally owned and operated. Their menu covers smoothies, bowls, an all-day breakfast, and a robust assortment of savory-healthy lunch fare. Their baked goods are a highlight to any meal.
