"Planning the sale of your home is Key. Our process worked masterfully: 1. Talked with Sean about the best time to put our house on the market. 2. At his suggestion, we had a pre-sale inspection done so we could fix the things identified by the inspector. 3. Sean did a market comp analysis. Since park city does not have lots of comps, he suggested one more critical step. He invited 6 agents to tour the home about 10 days before we were going to list the home. As each agent left the house, he asked for their advice on price and marketing (A good agent listens to their peers). From that information gathering, we sat down and set the price. 4. This agent tour also started to create some “buzz” within the agent community before the listing. 5. We listed the house as planned and had an offer the next day after only 2 showings. Following the offer, he was there to provide advice on how to deal with the few things that came up in the inspection report by the buyer. He coached us on these issues, but more importantly, he coached the buyer’s agent along the way to avoid surprises.
