On the North side of Interstate 80 is the neighborhood of Jeremy Ranch, where locals’ pride and joy is the Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club. The golf course has hosted some of the most talented golfers worldwide, including Arnold Palmer who designed the course. Some properties back up to the golf course, which provides great views and a more open feel to the property. Other homes are tucked away into tree pockets giving you the iconic mountain feel. While golf is a big attraction during the summer months, during the winter the golf course doubles as a cross-country skiing course. 
 
On the south side of Interstate 80, is the neighborhood of Pinebrook. This neighborhood has a vast elevation change which offers amazing views for residents and a secluded feel while being in the trees.  The locals enjoy the neighborhood trails that give them outdoor access from their front door or in a quick drive you can be at a trailhead at a nearby ski resort. One trail that the locals traffic often is the Mid-Mountain Trail, this trail starts in Pinebrook and runs 25 miles crossing through The Canyons Ski Resort, Park City Ski Resort and ends at Deer Valley Silver Lake Lodge. Whether you ski, mountain bike, snowshoe or run, you will find your outdoor outlet fulfilled on this  trail.

Before you head out for your daily activity, try a local favorite breakfast spot, Park City Bread & Bagel to keep you fueled up for your day ahead. Not only can you get a tasty breakfast treat, you can get a sandwich to go to keep your day's activities on track.
 
When residents are ready to end their evening, many head over to Billy Blanco’s. Billy Blanco’s is a Mexican restaurant that offers a mix of Mexican cuisine and burgers, a great hangout environment by the bar, and unique and playful decor (notably the motorcycles and racing cars placed throughout). Another neighborhood restaurant is, O’Schucks Bar & Grill. This is not your normal pub food, yes you can get some bar food staples, but there is a Japanese flair and sushi on the menu. O’Shucks Bar & Grill is a family establishment, so you do not have to be 21 or older to enter. They also have a sister restaurant in the same location that serves breakfast, called B&D’s. 
 
If shopping is is what you are looking for, check out the Outlets Park City. You will find brand-name and designer name bargains for all your home and fashion needs. When the weather permits, you’ll find a great crowd gathering in the Twilight Drive-in at the Utah Olympic Park for a night of bliss in the mountain air while enjoying your favorite films. 

Things to Do

 
In Pinebrook and Jeremy Ranch, you’ll find that the best things to do in the area are often active and sports-related. Most people are accustomed to a round of golf (or several matches) at the Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club. Golf and social members are also encouraged to take advantage of the JR Nordic Track (gear, rentals, private lessons, and more!).
 
Another popular thing to do in the community is head over to Park City Mountain. Here, locals build and sharpen their skills in sports like skiing, snowboarding, and other sporting activities. When you’ve covered about as much as you can take, there are also many restaurants and shops to try out. Another local favorite is Woodward Park City, a forested mountain complex on the other side of the mountains from Park City. Athletes can ski, snowboard, and tube there.
