Founders Place Is The Newest Development at Deer Valley
Have you heard about the newest ski-in-ski-out real estate development at Deer Valley? This luxury complex is comprised of 78 unique ski condominiums and offers four floor plan styles including two bedrooms (1,700 square feet) , three bedrooms (2,400 to 3,000 square feet), and four bedroom penthouse style condominiums (4,500 square feet). The penthouse style condos are two levels and include private hot tubs for a soak after a day on the slopes. All condos are sold unfurnished so owners can style the condo to their own liking. Founders place is also pet friendly to owners, but renters may not bring pets during their stay. Each condominium comes with a storage unit and a reserved underground parking spot.
The first phase of Founders Place, known as the Edgar East and Edgar West, is almost through the sales process with just a few condominiums still available. The condos in The Edgar start at $2 million and go up from there. Each phase will offer something different so if you are interested in a Founders Place property, the window to invest is quickly shrinking. Phase two at Founders Place is known as The Helen which was just released in February 2023. Edgar East features 20 condominiums with ski slope views and Edgar West has 12 residences overlooking the gorgeous valley below. The community gathering space for Founders Place is known as The Polly and will feature a lounge area, restaurant, Peloton themed gym, media room, ski lockers and chocolate and hot chocolate service bar. Other amenities include pool, hot tub, fire pits and an observatory. Apres ski at Founders Place will be sought after as guests can enjoy the ski beach after a good day skiing Deer Valley.
The architecture of Founders Place is a mountain modern look with very large windows bringing in plenty of light and offering an extraordinary view. The floor plans showcase open space and clean lines. The first phase of Founders Place is anticipated to be completed in the first quarter in 2024.
